6.2 Third-Party Content

Sports content (statistics, scores, etc.) is obtained from public sources such as the ESPN API. The rights to this content belong to their respective owners.

6.3 NFL Trademarks

NFL, team names and logos, and other related marks are the property of the National Football League and its respective teams. This app is not officially affiliated with the NFL.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to us. Use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

The app is free and is funded through advertising provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to view ads as part of the user experience.

  • Ads may be personalized based on your interests
  • You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings
  • We do not control the content of third-party ads
  • We are not responsible for the content or practices of external advertisers

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability. The app may be unavailable due to:

  • Third-party service failures (ESPN API, AdMob)
  • Events beyond our control

10. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided in the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEAKPLAY NFL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Loss of profits, data or use
  • Service interruptions or technical errors
  • Third-party content or advertisements
  • Actions taken based on information in the app

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PeakPlay NFL, its directors, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the app
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights
  • Any content you provide

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by you

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

13.2 Termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13.3 Effect of termination

On termination, all licences granted cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in force.
